Steps	Cause	Solution	Parts
1	Dust or powder on the charger unit.	Clean the charger of the drum unit. Refer to the following cleaning method of the charger wire(see below).
2	Fuser defective(heating rollers scratch)	Replace the fuser.	Fuser (002-B209-0-SP)

<Cleaning Method of Charge Wire>, Slide the charge wire to the end and then back to the original place. Repeat this for at least 3 times.
