This message show when there is no any size of your PC point in all the tray, just reminder the user to input the right paper they want.

User Check

1. Load the size you point by software(Word or PDF editer/reader…etc) and choose the tray you want.
2. Or else choose a tray to print by other size paper directly.
3. Also, check wehter the MFP can identify the right size paper you load in the tray, if it show the unknown, check the width guide and length guide fix the paper well.
