1. Open the upper base.

2. Removal the jam paper, then close the upper base.
3. If the problem still happen, try to clean the scanner roller by clean wipe cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%), press both cancel with scan button and select the clean mode, press the scan button to rotate the roller and clean the fill roller.

4. Or else replace the Friction/ADF roller.

ADF roller: Open the ADF roller cover and take out the ADF roller.

Friction roller: Open the friction roller cover and take out the friction roller.

5. And ensure you had sort the paper before you put the paper on the tray and fix the paper feeding by side guide.
