1. Open the upper base.


2. Removal the jam paper, then close the upper base.
3. Or open the upper base to clean the ADF & reverse roller by wiping it with a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol (95%).


ADF roller: Open the ADF roller cover and take out the ADF roller.

Reverse roller: Open the Reverse roller cover and take out the reverse roller.

4. Or else replace the Reverse/ADF roller.

5. And ensure you had sort the paper before you put the paper on the tray and fix the paper feeding by side guide.
