1. Open the upper base.

2. Removal the multi feed paper, then close the upper base.
3. If the problem still happen, try to clean the friction roller by clean wipe cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%).

Friction roller: Open the friction roller cover and take out the friction roller.

4.Or else replace the friction roller.
5. And ensure you had sort and fan the paper before you put the paper on the tray and fix the paper feeding by side guide.
