1. Open the upper base.

2. Removal the multi feed paper, then close the upper base.
3. If the problem still happen, try to clean the reverse roller by clean wipe cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%).

Reverse roller: Open the reverse roller cover and take out the reverse roller.

4.Or else replace the reverse roller.
5. And ensure you had sort and fan the paper before you put the paper on the tray and fix the paper feeding by side guide.

6. Or try to reduce the quantity of paper.
