User Check

1.Open the upper base.

2.Removal the jam paper that near the deep inside, then close the upper base.

3.Check the exit position, or pick up the paper from the output tray.

4. If the problem still happen, try to clean the scanner roller by clean wipe cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%), press both cancel with scan button and select the clean mode, press the scan button to rotate the roller and clean the fill roller.
