1. Try to put the paper well, ensure you had sort the paper before you put the paper on the tray and fix the paper feeding by side guide.

2. Or open the upper base to clean the ADF & Pick up roller by wiping it with a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol (95%).

Pick up roller: Open the pick up roller cover and take out the pick up roller.

ADF roller: Open the ADF roller cover and take out the ADF roller.

3. Check whetehr the roller had rotation action, or else need to be repaired.
