User Check

1. Check whether fixed distance of the dust on the paper and measure it, 97.38 mm is manual tray pick up roller, 56.54 mm/94.2 mm is drum issue and 49.0 mm/36.0mm/143.0mm is develop issue and 81.68 mm/94.2 mm is fuser issue, judge which one need to be replace.
The range 94.2 mm had probability for both fuser & drum unit, check them together.

2. Replace the drum unit.

3. Or replace the develop unt.

4. Or even try to replace the fuser.
